From our yard to your port
Exporting heavy equipment is a paperwork business as much as a logistics one. Here is exactly how we run a shipment, what we handle, and what remains with the buyer.
Six stages, no surprises
- 01
Unit confirmation
You select the unit and we hold it against your name. We re-photograph it as it stands and confirm final condition in writing.
- 02
Proforma invoice & terms
You receive a proforma invoice showing the unit price, the freight basis and what is included. Nothing moves until terms are agreed.
- 03
Payment & booking
On receipt of the agreed payment we book space with the carrier for the next suitable sailing from a Philippine port.
- 04
Export documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration and any certificate required by your destination are prepared.
- 05
Loading & departure
The unit is delivered to the port, loaded under supervision, and you receive loading photos plus the sailing details.
- 06
Bill of lading & arrival
Documents are released per the agreed terms so your clearing agent can process the arrival at destination.
